Dolly new dress = awesomeness

 Okay so Dolly got a new dress at J C Penny's for like 1.97.  Yes that is one dollar and 97 cents.  I totally found it.  But anyways, she looked super cute, so I wanted her mom to see!  We are slowly converting her into a girl lol.
