Sitting up...
Now that Mady is crawling on her hands and knees, she quickly learned how to get into a sitting position again from her tummy. This means she sits up in bed and is no longer taking naps. You don't have to sleep if you aren't laying down right? So this has been going on all week, no napping =very very grumpy baby. This also means my sanity is going out the window. At first I thought it was so cute to open her bedroom door and see her sitting there waiting for someone to come play..now...not so much.

Rowan will do the same thing if he isn't swaddled. So we swaddle and put his pacifier in his mouth and then leave the room. If he can get out of his blanket, he sits up and starts to play. I couldn't imagine him not taking naps - he usually takes two 2 hour naps during the day.
I know what you mean! Keely is still taking her naps, but is no longer sleeping through the night. Its hard to put your self back to sleep when you stand up in your crib.
