9 months old!
I haven't got any pictures today, but Mady is 9 months old! She had a check up this morning, and she weighed in at 17.9 lbs. and 28 inches long. She is in the 37th percentile for her weight and 80th for height. It is funny to look at her chart because she used to be a lot chunkier lol. At 2 months she was 87th for weight! I guess it is true that when she started getting around she started burning some of it off? She crawled for real on her hands and knees all the way across the room today, so she is getting that down! You can see her new teeth a little better each day, so I hope I can get a picture soon. Her Dr. said today that it looked like she was working on her top teeth too. I got a package from my mom today, and it had a lot of cute stuff in it! Thanks Mom!

Happy Birthday Dad *yesterday*
Finally...
I can't get pictures quite yet, but Mady has popped out two teeth! I am so relieved because it has been a difficult 2 weeks of no sleep and a lot of screaming. I felt so bad for her and we tried EVERYTHING.. but now she's doing much better.

Madeline...is hard to photograph these days...
So with school starting and Mady on the move, we have been super busy. I've tried taking new pictures of Mady, but 90% of them turn out blurry. She is teething really bad, and we think she is trying to get her bottom two and top two all at once because they all feel like they are at the surface almost breaking through. (She doesn't have any teeth yet so these will be her first ones) I feel so bad for her, because it is making her miserable. I tried to upload a video but it wouldn't work. She is perfecting her version of crawling, and today she actually moved on her hands and knees about two paces. I think she'll be figuring it out pretty soon. We are teaching her to wave hi and goodbye. We've been giving her little bites of what we are eating and she loves it. She is proving to be a very independent and stubborn little girl :) To the grandma's, does this sound familiar?

ummm...For Jenny?
So in June the lilac bushes in front of our house were blooming, and Dolly wanted to press and dry some to send home to her mom. Last week I was looking for two of my textbooks (Anatomy and Math) and I couldn't find them anywhere. I found them in Dolly's room and she was using them to press the lilacs she had picked off three months ago. This is what we found. No the picture isn't bad, they were black and gross. We can still send them if you want! :)
