Snow!!

We got our first REAL snow on Sunday, so Mady got to take her snow pants for a spin ;) She reminds me of my brother Russell, he used to stay outside until he got frost bite on his cheeks. She loooooooves the snow! Mady's mommy has a love/hate relationship with snow. It's pretty to look at from inside the house....

I love my Mady Girl!

You have to click on the first picture, her face is priceless...

So Mady thinks that if she brings her shoes, my shoes, and Lillies shoes, and says 'coat' (since she can't reach it hanging up) that that means she can go outside. Today it was ... oh 30 degrees. AND windy! So I told her she could only go out to play if she bundled up :) She was soooo cute! She is currently obsessed with wearing her boots, and I was surprised she tolerated wearing the gloves and hat. You can kind of see that we got our first 'sticking' snow yesterday, even though it's almost all gone. She liked whacking it off the bushes.

Last night we had spaghetti and Mady convinced her Daddy that she needed a snowball with her dinner ;) & Yes we strip her down to eat anything red!

Just some fun

Here's some cute pictures of Mady running around in her shirt from Grandpa, it almost fits her now, she's getting so big! Someone put the bow on her head, and she didn't even notice lol. She's carrying her Daddy's toothbrush...

Mady loves her Uncle James! (and this picture cracks me up!)

I made this play dough for Mady, it turned out great:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup salt
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp cream of tarter... Read More
1 cup water
food coloring if you want

In a medium saucepan, cook the flour, salt, oil, and tarter, and the water over med heat stirring constantly until stiff. Cool and knead, out the lumps. While kneading, add some food coloring if you have chosen to do so. Store in a container with an air-tight lid

We used some of the cookie cutters my mom sent :)
