I have a niece who has celiac disease. What a pain!! When she visits there can be no gluten in anything. I'm glad she is better with out it but can't not figure out why healthy people would want to do it. It takes a ton of work to really be gluten free. Even foods like a honey baked ham have some gluten in the honey sauce.
All I can say is GO BREADS!!! lol But on a different note...I want to know how you are loosing your weight!!! 10 inches? WAY TO GO! I'm starting a work out routine along with some better eating. Any recipes or tips are welcomed! My email is meghanntracy@aol.com
