Sorry about all these boring posts.
We've been doing really good at keeping our food diaries and watching what we eat! It was super hard to go over to Wes' house because they had chips and candy for snacks, but we resisted! Well, I had 11 chips.. the serving size lol. I figured I deserved it :)
So.. we measured ourselves last week so we'd be able to tell if we were losing any inches.
AND we've been going for walks as the weather allows and working out on our elliptical almost everyday...
And..
We both lost 2 lbs after the first week! We hope to lose between 1-2 lbs/week. We've got a long way to go, but it'll be worth it!
